Scope of Work

webshippr provides web design and development services as agreed upon in writing before project commencement. The scope includes the specific pages, features, and deliverables outlined in our proposal or quote.

Additional work beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. We will discuss any changes with you before proceeding.

Pricing and Payment

Our standard pricing:

• Starting at $200 for a single-page website
• +$65 per additional page
• $90/month for hosting and regular edits

Payment terms will be specified in your quote. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. The monthly hosting fee is billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

Delivery

We aim to deliver most websites within 24–72 hours of receiving all required content and materials from you. Complex projects may take longer, which we will communicate upfront.

Delivery timelines depend on timely feedback and content from you. Delays in providing materials may extend the timeline.

Hosting and Maintenance

Our $90/month plan includes:

• Website hosting on reliable infrastructure
• Regular content edits and updates
• Basic maintenance and security updates
• Direct communication for support

The monthly plan does not include major redesigns, new features, or significant structural changes, which would be quoted separately.

Revisions

We include reasonable revisions to ensure you are satisfied with the final product. We will work with you until the site meets the agreed specifications. Revisions should be communicated clearly and in a timely manner.

Ownership and Rights

Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content you provided. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses.

Limitation of Liability

webshippr provides web design and hosting services "as is." We are not liable for:

• Loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from website issues
• Third-party service outages (hosting providers, domain registrars, etc.)
• Content you provide that infringes on third-party rights
• Security breaches beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.

Cancellation

You may cancel a project before completion. Deposits are non-refundable, but we will not charge for work not yet completed. Monthly hosting can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
